PAYMENT FLOW & DELIVERY PROCESS:  Upon order, we log the job and an invoice is raised for 50% of the install price. The job is booked in and an email is sent to the client to confirm the installation date and time. Our engineer attends to clients property.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY : The client can cancel verbally or via email up to the night before the install. A full refund of the deposit will be given with 7 days of the cancellation date.
