For various reasons we decided to get an alarm. Communicate UK were recommended by the local Neighbourhood Watch Group. We had no knowledge of alarm systems. Pat responded very quickly with a visit and answered all our concerns and questions. Pat responded with a reasonable quote and our system was installed within 2 weeks. For various reasons, including a replacement front door just after installation we saw a few engineers. All were very knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend Communicate UK.

Moved to new house with existing Communicate system installed. Spoke to Glen and he arranged engineer visit to reset and give us a rundown of function. Also run test and rectified some errors whilst there. Engineer was bang on time and gave us a complete rundown on the system and was excellent. Unfortunately we was broken into recently and we contacted Communicate for a site survey and advise on what we could do for security. They acted very quickly and come out to us that afternoon. We had a surveyor Pat came round who was very knowledgeable and polite. The quotation for the intruder alarm was reasonable and the installation was complete in one day and was fitted within 3 days from our survey! We are very happy with our system and Communicate was great.

We were firstly very impressed with the gentleman who initially attended to survey the site and provide us with the quotation. It always gives me great confidence when someone obviously knows his stuff and comes across as professional as he was. The Installation engineer turned up at bang on 08.00, he introduced himself and cracked on with the job of upgrading our security system and installing 2 cameras. The work from start to finish was most professional with the engineer sweeping and vacuuming any mess. He even asked if we still had any paint to match the outside walls and then blended in the cables to match. The finishing touch was a detailed intruction on how everthing operated. We would recommend Communicate UK every time.

Really pleased we decided to go with a local CCTV Installer. With crime on the increase in our village and the remoteness of our property, it was important that the CCTV installation captured day and night coverage. The engineers also advised us on how we can update our current Intruder Alarm to a SMART device that connects with our mobile phones and adds in perimeter beams to protect the outside of our property. If you are looking for highly skilled engineers with the latest technology on the market then I'd definitely advise you get in touch with these guys! Great Job!

I approached Communicate UK having been recommended to them by a company that operates in another area of the security business. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of their surveyor and installation took place 4 days later. The engineer's workmanship was excellent. I find the Texacom phone app very easy to navigate and appreciate it's facility to control the "armed state" when away as well as enabling me to disable the alarm from outside my house when I have my arms full of shopping! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Communicate UK to install a system that will safeguard your property; you will have to search for a long time to find an alarm installer to better this company

Following a recent attempted break-in at our retail premises, I am very pleased to recommend the Intruder Alarm System including the SmokeCloak Security Fog System provided by Communicate UK. Had it not been for the effectiveness of the SmokeCloak system, we would of seen a high loss of valuable stock and damage to our shop.
