Alarm Monitoring

In the event that your burglar alarm system is activated, you can’t always rely on your neighbour to hear the alarm and take action a great way to gain peace of mind is to have the alarm monitored through our 24/7 NSI Gold Accredited monitoring station.

  • The alarm system monitored 24 hours 7 days a week
  • A list of key holders in the event of a single alarm activation
  • Police response in the event of 2 detectors or more being activated
  • Notification in the event of a telephone line going down
  • Notification in the event of power loss
  • Notification in the event of a smoke alarm being activated

Why you need monitoring

A peace of mind that someone is looking out for your home while you are away. Our NSI Gold Accredited monitoring station will notify you and your list of keyholders within seconds of your alarm system being activated. In the event that two detectors or more are set off, it will then trigger a police response.  Most major insurance companies will offer you a discount for a monitored Intruder Alarm System.

What happens if your alarm is activated?

1 Alert

The alarm system sends a signal to the monitoring station using either your telephone line or the mobile phone network.

2 Action

Our monitoring station receives the alarm notification and will begin to contact the list of key holders in a list of priority to inform you of the single alarm activation blast.

3 Response

When two or more detectors are activated it can be passed onto the police that is requested to respond.
