Andrew Miller - Managing Director

From a small 'One Man Band' Andrew has built Communicate UK up to be the success that it currently is today! With over 25 years in the industry, Andrew leads the team with a wealth of knowledge on all of our products. From Industrial Fire Alarm Systems to Home Audio solutions Andrew prides himself on staying hands-on with all of his customers working between our Projects Team and his customers to ensure every project is completed to his high expectations.


Sharon Miller – Administration Assistant

Sharon has been with us from the very beginning. It's Sharon’s job to ensure that we constantly keep up to date with all of the changing standards in our industry. From background checks on all of our staff to ensure we continue to exceed our governing bodies expectations Sharon’s job is vital to our success.


Pat Robinson - Sales Manager 

Pat leads the Sales Team at CommunicateUK. He works closely with our customers to create innovative solutions for their security requirements. His extensive sales and service experience ensures our customers receive a coordinated journey from quotation to commissioning.


Alpesh Gohil – Procurement and Database Administrator

Alpesh originally joined the team to ensure our IT systems are as up to date as the leading security and fire safety systems that we install. Alpesh's role has been extended to support Sarah in Operations. Alpesh still works hard to ensure all of our systems are in place to keep our engineers on the road, from electronic PDA’s for each engineer to the computerised allocation of stock Alpesh is a vital part of the team.

 

 


Vicky Kingham - Alarm Administration

Making sure a Police Unique Reference Number gets applied to a customer alarm system is probably the most important part of any security Company’s Administration Department. It's Vicky’s job to administer our customer’s specifications and keep key holder information constantly updated.


Pam Bell - Service Team Coordinator

Pam is passionate about delivering service excellence to our customers. Her background includes experience in the retail sector which means she knows what it means to go the extra mile. Pam runs our busy Service Team ensuring that we balance the needs of proactive maintenance and reactive works across all disciplines.


Stephanie Stevens - Maintenance Coordinator

Making sure our customers receive their maintenance visits on time every time is a critical part of what we do. Stephanie works with our domestic and commercial customers to plan our maintenance visits well ahead of time keeping people and property safe.

 

 


Amanda Plummer - Service Coordinator

Amanda has extensive experience of working with customers across many different sectors. At CommunicateUK, she looks after some of our most complex customers making sure we always exceed expectations.


Donna Wilkens - Administrative Assistant

Donna has held a number of different roles within the business in her long career with CommunicateUK. She currently supports customers with their Cloud applications allowing remote management of their state of the art systems.
